Cancellation & Returns Policy

At The Collectors, every piece is created with intention, care, and historical reverence. Our furniture is not held in inventory nor produced in batches; each order is made exclusively upon request, tailored to the chosen design, finish, and specifications.

Made-to-Order Policy

Once an order is placed and formally accepted, it immediately enters our production process. Raw materials are sourced, artisans are assigned, and craftsmanship begins without delay. For this reason, we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order has been accepted.


Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are accepted and moved into production.
  • This applies to all furniture pieces, custom finishes, and commissioned works.

We kindly request customers to review all details carefully before placing an order, including dimensions, finishes, upholstery selections, and delivery timelines.


Returns & Refunds

As each piece is handcrafted specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.


Damages or Manufacturing Defects

While rare, if your order arrives with:

  • Transit-related damage, or
  • A verified manufacturing defect

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence. Our team will review the matter with utmost priority and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion.
