A lyrical interpretation of the painted armoires once commissioned for noble country houses and bridal trousseaux in 18th-century Provence, The Armoire aux Fleurs de Provence captures the romance of French provincial decorative arts with uncommon refinement. Its serpentine cornice, cabriole feet, Rococo shell cresting, and delicately moulded panels draw directly from the Louis XV provincial tradition that flourished across Southern France during the mid-1700s.

Finished in a muted celadon-green lacquer with hand-gilded ornamentation, the armoire is distinguished by monumental hand-painted floral bouquets inspired by Provençal botanical studies and salon décor. Roses, lilies, lavender, and wild garden blooms unfold across the doors in the manner of historic painted meubles de mariage - ceremonial furniture pieces traditionally gifted during weddings and preserved as family heirlooms.
The interior, finished in warm wood tones, offers generous hanging space and shelving for couture garments, linens, or curated collections. Equally suited to a château-inspired bedroom, a grand dressing room, or an eclectic classical interior, this armoire functions not merely as storage, but as an architectural statement rooted in the decorative legacy of provincial France.
