The gently curved writing table, clad in deep bottle-green tooled leather, echoes the refined silhouettes popular during the Regency period, when craftsmanship blossomed under the influence of neoclassical ideals, naval-inspired detailing, and the ascendant taste of designers such as Henry Holland and Thomas Hope.
